Former NBA star Paul Pierce said he’s “tapped out” financially after losing his job with Fox Sports. Paul said he pays close to $30,000 per month in child support and another $20,000 per month in spousal support. Additionally, Pierce spends nearly $50,000 a month in bills, including close to $10,000 in childcare, $5,000 in groceries, $7,000 on eating out, $3,200 on utilities, $1,000 on clothes, $3,500 on entertainment, and “various other expenses.” Paul Pierce Ordered To Pay Ex-Wife In September 2026MEGAPierce wants the court to end his spousal support payments to his ex, Princess Santiago, and also asked it to deny her $50,000 request for legal fees and a forensic accountant. Pierce’s lawyer wrote to the court, saying the star athlete would have “great difficulty” paying the fees after losing his job with Fox Sports. They also added that Pierce was already “drowning financially” and struggling to keep up with demands. The latest news comes after a court ordered Pierce to pay his ex in September 2026. At the time, Pierce’s ex asked the court to increase his child support payments, claiming he has more than enough money to make the payments.
