More major Rams injuries could boost Browns 2027 NFL draft pick position

When the Cleveland Browns traded DE Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams this summer, many talked about the NFL draft picks coming back as “basically (a round later)” due to assumptions about the outcome of the 2026 NFL season. Then the Rams lost and lost Garrett in Week 1, dealt with an injury to WR Puka Nacua, saw DT Aaron Donald miss a game, and dropped to 2-4 after Week 6.Through six weeks, Los Angeles’ first-round pick coming back to Cleveland is closer to the Top 5 than the team is to making the NFL playoffs.
