Julian Ward on the brink of stealing incredible Man City transfer

Julian Ward on the brink of stealing incredible Man City transferLiverpool are reportedly ready to steal an incredible transfer from Man City. The Reds have a lot of grievances with their rivals across the M62. Manchester City have dominated English football for the best part of a decade. They have taken incredible moments from Jurgen Klopp's side, and they did it by building an incredible team led by Pep Guardiola. However, with 114 charges having now been found to have been breached by the Blues, pending an appeal, Liverpool will feel rightly aggrieved that a team who bent the rules in their favour have beaten them. It's a bad look for the Premier League. And obviously a lot hinges on that appeal. City insist their innocence and they have their right to prove it.What's next for Liverpool after Man City's appealFor now all the Reds can do is concentrate on themselves. What's in the past is in the past, and if there needs to be retribution because City fail their appear, there will be retribution.Whether that's monetary gain for the club or in the form of reward them retrospectively with titles that they will feel they should have earned, remains to be seen.Undoubtedly, City will face a huge punishment if their appeal fails and it will rightfully be so such was the scale of their alleged breaches of the rules. But Liverpool cannot afford to dwell on that previous era. There's no denying that if City are found guilty, it will open up a new dawn in English football. There will be an opportunity for a new team to take hegemony and Liverpool will have to be best placed to take advantage of that opportunity.Liverpool's quest to hijack Man City's Cavan Sullivan dealHow do Liverpool ensure they are in the best possible position?
