Now, he wants to return as a head coach after Aranda was let go.Patrick asked if Griffin was interested in coaching Baylor. He answered, “Yes, a 100%. If Baylor wants to get back to winning and have a university that isn’t just respectable on the football field, but one the fans can be proud of, they need people who know what it looks like to win at Baylor.”“I have talked with the athletic director, Doug McNamee, that knows what it looks like to win at Baylor and know how you have to win at Baylor and recruit to Baylor to make those things happen. So, outside of myself, I would also advocate for Spencer Danielson, the head coach at Boise State. I think he is a top-notch guy, top-notch coach, and knows how to win. I also think Jeff Traylor at UTSA is a great option. A dark horse would be Lincoln Riley from USC,” he said.Read more:“He’s In Over His Head” “Cannot Get Any Worse”: CFB Fans React as Kyle Whittingham Backs Jason Beck After 7-Point OT loss to Indiana“If Texas Is Not an Arch Manning Team, It’s a Better Team”: Joel Klatt Warns Against Building Longhorns’ Offense Around QBCollege Sports Network has you covered with the latest news, analysis, insights, and trending stories in tennis, college football, men’s college basketball, women’s college basketball, and college baseball!
