The top four teams in each region get a first-round bye before hosting a second-round game. Seeds 5-8 will host first-round playoff games against seeds 9-12.2026 OHSAA football state championship games in Canton in DecemberOhio high school football's 10-game regular season leads up to the OHSAA state playoffs, which begin in October and culminate with all seven state championship games being played at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton.
