I can live with that,” Reddick said.He was then asked if he had a certain points finish in mind. “No, just wins, no,” Reddick said.Reddick is seventh in the Chase standings, 126 points behind leader Kyle Larson with two races left. He fell back after he was collected in a crash on Lap 132 at Talladega and finished 37th.He started 33rd at Talladega before the crash wrecked his day. Under the 10-race Chase format, points carry from race to race with no eliminations, so he is still in the math, but only barely. The most a driver can score at Homestead is 75 points, so Reddick needs to gain about 50 points on Larson on Sunday to stay in the fight. An Up-and-Down Season With Six WinsReddick has already had a big year. He opened the season by winning the Daytona 500 and the next two races, then won at Darlington and Kansas. He added another win at Phoenix earlier in the Chase.Still, he called it an up-and-down season. He said the speed had been there in recent years but the results have not always followed.“We’ve just, we’ve got to put it together better on a more consistent basis,” Reddick said.Reddick Starts 12th at MartinsvilleMartinsville has not been one of his better tracks. After his Phoenix win, Reddick said 23XI had made gains on its short-track package. On Saturday, he said he was eager to see how it would show up.“Really high, yeah. I’m very curious to see what we look like out here in a little bit,” Reddick said when asked about his confidence.Reddick qualified 12th for Sunday’s race. Team co-owner Denny Hamlin starts on the pole. Hamlin co-owns 23XI with Michael Jordan and Curtis Polk.A win at Martinsville would be Reddick’s first Cup win at the Virginia track. Homestead-Miami Speedway, where the season ends next week, gives him one more chance after that. The Daytona 500 win in February was the first of his career. A win in either of the last two races would give him a seventh victory this season.Reddick was also asked Saturday about Brad Keselowski possibly joining 23XI. He said Hamlin made a fair point that it probably would not be a long-term fit.
