Tennessee football offers 2028 cornerback after Alabama, Miami

Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to 2028 cornerback Kamron Roberts on Thursday."Thankful and blessed to receive an offer from Vol football," Roberts announced.The 6-foot, 175-pound defensive back is from Brandon High School in Brandon, Mississippi.Roberts has scholarship offers from the Vols, Ole Miss, Duke, Alcorn State, Southern Miss, Georgia State, North Texas, UAB, Arkansas, Liberty, Memphis, Missouri, Troy, BYU, Florida, Mississippi State, Oregon, Miami and Alabama. The Crimson Tide and Hurricanes offered him a scholarship on Oct. 24.247Sports ranks Roberts as a three-star prospect and the No. 9 overall 2028 prospect in Mississippi. He is also ranked as the No. 9 overall 2028 prospect.Tennessee's only 2028 football commitment is quarterback Kaden Craft.
