Iowa football re-enters latest AP Top 25 poll rankings

The Iowa football team is back in the AP Top 25.The Hawkeyes fell out of the poll following a 13-10 loss to Minnesota in Week 9. They followed up their worst performance of the season with their best. Iowa dominated Wisconsin 30-0 to pick up a fifth straight win over the Badgers. In doing so, they kept the Heartland Trophy in Iowa City and knocked Wisconsin out of the top 25. Iowa has now replaced the Badgers in the Nov. 1 AP top 25 poll. Kirk Ferentz's team comes in at No. 21 in the newest ranking.The Hawkeyes next opponent, Northwestern, fell out of the rankings after a road loss to Oregon. The Big Ten is represented by five teams in this week's poll. Undefeated UCLA is the highest-ranked conference team, coming in at No. 5 this week.
